B676 Saxby Road Closure Notification

As you may be aware Galliford Try are working with Leicestershire County Council to deliver the NEMMDR project. As part of our commitment to minimise disruption we provide regular communications for the local community and stakeholders. We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with advanced notice of the planned road closure and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused during the construction of the project.

B676 Saxby Road Closure Notification

A temporary road closure is required on the B676 Saxby Road located at Lag Lane junction. The closure will be in place from 6:00 am Monday 7th October 2024 and reopen on Sunday 20th October 2024 at 23:59.

The closure is required to safely carryout the installation of the culvert drainage system as part of the new roundabout construction, the installation will also help reduce existing flooding at this location. Unfortunately due to the nature of this installation there is no pedestrian or cyclists access available during the closure. All diversion routes will be clearly signposted.
